3 Deadlifts 7 Push-ups
Choose a weight that makes all three reps challenging on Deadlift. The goal should be completing each round in under 45 seconds to be ready for the next minute to begin. If seven pushups is too easy, use a band or weight vest to increase the difficulty. To do a banded pushup, drape a band across your back that runs across and into both hands. Pin the band into the ground with your hands. The band will stretch as you reach lockout, becoming more difficult near the top of the push up.
