This workout is performed like Fight Gone Bad. There will be a constantly running clock. Spend 60 seconds at each station performing max reps until the minute has elapsed, then transition to the next movement. After you have spend 60 seconds at each station, rest one minute and repeat for a total of three rounds. You will use the same bar for Power Snatch and Thruster.
