Memorial Day Murph Announcement! So here is how the heats are going to work. We will be holding THREE heats. The first heat begins at 10am, 2nd at 11am, and 3rd at Noon. We have assigned a coach to each heat and there will be a max of 30 people per heat. In order to workout you must email the coach responsible for the heat you would like to be in: 10am - Koy 11am - Russell 12pm - Josh
Please bring your own six pack for post WOD fueling. Spots will probably fill up quickly so get to emailing!
