Remember, touch and go is not an excuse to get sloppy with form. Often I see people drop the bar too aggressively, causing the tightness in the core to be lost and the next rep to begin from an improper position. When doing touch and go movements it is important to control the weight. We want to make sure that each rep looks as close to the first rep as possible.
