You may break up the reps and alter the order of movements in any way you see fit. Simply accomplish all the required work to finish. There will be a 25 minute cutoff.

In case you missed the new banner on our website or the tweet that went out yesterday. We will be partnering with two other CrossFit gyms in the area for the CrossFit Opens. We think this will bring the community together and make these weekly events even more fun. For more information click here. Even if you aren't interested in competing, each Saturday should be a ton of fun. We will also probably need volunteers / judges who would like to help keep things running smoothly.
