100 Burpees 100 Pullup 100 Pushup 100 Squats 100 Mountain Climbers
You must complete all 100 burpees before continuing to the other movements. Once through with burpees you can break up the rest in any order and however you want.
I really liked this post by Mark Sisson on the topic of why some people seemingly can eat whatever they want and still maintain a low body fat composition. This is a great article to read for everyone and especially if you are doing the Paleo Challenge because it is a reminder that our outer appearance does not always mean we are healthy internally. The great part about eating real food is that first and foremost it makes us healthy on the inside. Getting lean and looking good is just an added perk.
