Coaches Notes: Alright girls and guys here it is, Cindy time. At the beginning of the month we talked about our goal of improving our body control and overall movement patterns. Hopefully you wrote down or posted your score to the blog when we did Cindy last. Here's the deal. It's time to put all the hardwork this past month to work. Focus on form first and foremost and I guarantee you will be surprised with your improvements. You all have gotten stronger and mentally tougher, so have fun and don't stop moving! It's PR time.
