It’s time for another Paleo Challenge! This time the challenge will be 5 weeks. It all starts January 7th and lasts until February 11th. While you have heard all the coaches talk at length about the importance of eating real food, it’s now time to make a commitment and get serious about your diet. Swimsuit season will be here soon enough, so get started now. Watch these two videos for some basic info:
What do you get out of it? If you stick to this for 5 weeks, we guarantee that you will look, feel, and perform better. On January 7th, the coaches will have a nutrition lecture and go over all the details/rules of the challenge. On January 28th, we will have another follow up lecture to make sure you are still on the right path. During the challenge you will have access to exclusive info and coaches notes about tips and tricks to avoid the common pitfalls. We are going to make sure you have as many tools as possible to help you succeed.
What do I need to do to sign up?:
1. Go here to pay the Registration Fee of $50.00.
2. Show up on January 7th at 11:00am for “before” pictures (front and back view), get info about the Paleo diet and the challenge, and do the workout called “Helen”.
3. The first 3 weeks must be 100% clean. No exceptions. You may have some allowable cheats in the last 2 weeks. Allowable cheats will be discussed during the nutrition lectures.
