Coaches Notes: Proper movement patterns begin with unloaded movements such as the push up, pull up, and air squat. Over the next few weeks we will be working towards improving these and other body weight movements. Cindy is a great test for this. Today you should focus on executing each and every rep with perfect form. We will re-test Cindy later next month.
