Kettlebell Swing Breathing Ladder1-20-1
Perform a kettlebell swing and then take a breath, perform two kettlebell swings and then take two breaths, continue this pattern up to 20 and then back down to 1. You can take as long as you need while breathing but must continue to the next set once you finish your allotted breaths. If you are unable to do the next amount of swings, stop and go back down the ladder from there.

As quickly as possible 30 Handstand Pushups
