Snatch Grip Dead Lift: 3-3-3-3
Rest 30 seconds after each set and then perform:
12 GHD Sit Ups
Rest 2 minutes
Every other minute, on the minute for 5 sets 5 Touch and Go Power Snatches (add weight after each set) 35 Double Unders
