Max Bear Complex in 10 minutes The Bear Complex is a Power Clean to Front Squat to Press to Back Squat to Press. We will be going for a max of this progression 1 time through. There is no re-grip allowed, the complex must be completed unbroken once the weight is taken from the ground for it to count.
