Complete the amount of reps on front squat first, then immediately rack the bar and switch to back squat.

As many reps as possible in: 120 sec / 90 sec / 60 sec / 30 sec

Double Unders Situps

During a constantly running clock, perform as many reps as possible at each station for the allotted time. For instance, 2 minutes of double unders followed by 2 minutes of situps. Then complete 90 seconds of double unders and 90 seconds of situps.
