Work up to a heavy single, then find the max amount of weight you can accomplish for 10 unbroken reps. Work up to a 2nd heavy single, then find a max weight for 20 unbroken reps. Work up to a 3rd heavy single, then find a max weight for 30 unbroken reps.

Your score is the total weight lifted for all successful attempts. For instance: 400 for 1, 300 for 10, 375 for 1, 250 for 20, 350 for 1, 205 for 30 would be a score of 1880lb
