20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

Richard Linden, 67 and a 4x a week CrossFit Deep Ellum member is competing in The Texas Water Safari. He has a GPS device and we can track his progress here. If you haven't met Richard, he goes to the 5:30am classes and is one hell of an athlete. Be sure to cheer him on in his efforts this weekend!
