5 Deadlifts (heavy) followed immediately by a 200m sprint Rest for a maximum of 3 minutes between rounds
Sergey Litvinov dominated hammer throwing during the 1980's. He also used what was at the time a very different approach to training. He would often perform up to 8 front squats with 405 pounds followed immediately by 75 second sprints. He was strong.
