We often get asked about how the coaches will motivate and encourage performance during workouts. It is important to know that if a coach says, "come on, do one more rep" or "try 10# more" it is because we know you are capable of more. None of the coaches will ever push you beyond your limits or into a place where you are unsafe. Our only job is to make sure you are pushing yourself closer to your potential. You might have noticed by now our little gym is not like many others. We are frank with you because you are more than just a client, you are friends and family. So don't be offended if we tell you to suck it up cupcake, and get back to work. It's just cause we want to see you reach that next level.
