1 Deadlift 2 Box Jumps 3 Wall Ball 4 Mountain Climbers

Each round you will add 1, 2, 3, and 4 reps to the corresponding movement. See below for further explanation:

Rd1: 1 deadlift, 2 box jumps, 3 wall ball, 4 mtn climbers

Rd2: 2 deadlift, 4 box jumps, 6 wall ball, 8 mtn climbers

Rd3: 3 deadlift, 6 box jumps, 9 wall ball, 12 mtn climbers

and so forth...
