Three WODs in three hours. Each WOD has a 10 minute cut-off, with start times at Noon, 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Points will be awarded to participants based on standings for each event, with an overall Challenge champion named based on total accumulated points for all three events. It's a great competition warmup as well as a chance to push yourself.
