Our classes are open to all experience levels, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

CrossFit Training

We incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing & running, kettlebells, dumbbells, and a host of other movements to help you reach that next level. If your goal is to be the most fit & healthy version of yourself, you found the class for you.

Deep Burn HIIT Class

Wednesdays
5:30pm

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rowing, running, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight gymnastic exercises to help you build lean muscle. This class is for those looking for a fun, high intensity calorie burn. If you want to get stronger, faster, and healthier without a barbell and heavy weights, look no further.

Want to work on something extra? Missed a workout that looked super fun? Come to our open gym hours to practice and hone various skills, make up a workout, or do one of your own. Coaches are there to provide instruction, guidance, and workout ideas.

 

Olympic Weightlifting

Deep Barbell classes focus on Olympic Weightlifting with an aim to improve the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We follow cycles ranging from Introductory, to more Advanced. If you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or maybe want to dabble in Olympic Weightlifting as a sport, this is the class for you.

Functional Bodybuilding

Mondays
5:30pm – 6:30pm

Look good for summer without sacrificing performance and movement. Functional bodybuilding uses both classic and unconventional isolation and core centric exercises to develop better strength and muscular definition. Whether you are simply looking to put on a bit of muscle, or improve your performance in CrossFit workouts, functional bodybuilding is for you.
